Chandon sparkling wines are made with the same grape varieties used in Champagne: chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier, while our Sparkling Pinot Shiraz also features shiraz. All of Chandon's sparkling wines are aged in their bottles for a minimum of 18 months, an essential part of the 'méthode traditionnelle' process that adds layers of complexity and texture to the finished wine.
