Excited by the capacity to produce wines of great elegance, finesse and individuality with excellent fruit from the Yarra Valley, Chandon’s winemakers began to make small quantities of still wines in the late 1990s. Chandon’s knowledge and understanding of Victoria’s cool climate wine regions, shaped over more than twenty years, is expressed within the Domaine Chandon range of varietal and barrel selection wines.
